Our Rules

  • Pets

    Pets are strictly not allowed in the cabin area or on any soft furnishing, chairs or beds. Linen and soft furnishings may not be provided on the hire with pets.

  • Smoking

    Smoking is not allowed inside the motorhome and within its surroundings outside. Please ensure you smoke away from the vehicle.

  • Pick up and Drop Off

    The earliest we offer a pick up is at 10 am and the latest for drop off is 5 pm. We will arrange an agreed time with you before your trip commences. It is really important that you keep to the time. We allow a 15 minute buffer and delays in the return will result in a penalty of another day rate.

    Please allow for a one hour hand over for the pick up and 15 minutes for the drop off.

  • Cleaning

    Please return the motorhome in the same condition that you received it in. It must be properly cleaned inside and out upon return otherwise a cleaning fee will apply.

    Ensure that the toilet cassette is empty and had a new chemical tablet added as per the guide

    Ensure that the grey water tank is empty.

  • Insurance & Cancellation Policies

    Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage as well as the cancellation policy upon booking.

  • Responsible Driving

    To keep you safe, always be mindful of the conditions you are driving in, check that you have enough height and width clearance and only drive to places the motorhome is designed for to avoid damage or getting stuck.

  • Sealed Roads

    Drive on sealed roads only. The motorhome is not designed to go off roading and will incur damage when done so. Going off-road will void your insurance.

  • No Festivals

    Going to festivals of any kind are strictly prohibited and will void your insurance. Note, our motorhome is GPS tracked.

  • Damages

    If you incur damage to our motorhome, please let us know immediately and provide photos, do not wait for the end of your trip.

Fees

99% of the time, our hirers have a hassle free time away but on the off occasion that you run into any issues, please be aware that these fees will be incurred. It is always a good option to look into your extra insurance options at the time of hire.

  • If you lose the motorhome keys, you will incur the cost of replacement plus any fees related to the replacement and loss of the keys.

  • You are welcome to drive the motorhome up to 200 KM's per day. Any overage will be charged at AU - $1 per kilometer at the completion of the trip from your bond. (KM's can be averaged out over your entire trip).

  • Tolls will be charged to your account.

  • All damages, repairs, cleaning and missing items will need to be paid for by the hirer.

  • The motorhome and equipment must be clean and tidy, the way it was handed to you.

    Excessive cleaning required upon return will incur an additional charge. Cost will include a service/inconvenience fee of $100 plus the cleaning fee.

  • Return vehicle with a full tank of PREMIUM DIESEL ONLY. All hires include a full tank upon pick up. Petrol will be charged at $3 a litre if it is not full upon return.

  • Any sewage left not emptied will incur an $80 charge.
